Holly is passionate about music, photography, reading, camping, and travel. Having grown up in The Netherlands, Sonoma, and Napa, and with her roots in Austria and Napa, Holly is thankful to be living and working with a firm located in the beautiful Napa Valley.
Jeff Field, CFP®
Jeff is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and earned his BA in Environmental Studies and Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz. He spent the following 2 years with the Peace Corps as an environmental education volunteer in Mauritania. He is excited to combine his experience in the markets with his belief in social and environmental responsibility.
Living in Napa with his wife, 2 sons, and rescued German Shepard, he enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family.

Brianna brings with her over ten years’ experience in customer service and administrative work, as well as experience in the campaign and advocacy realm. A San Francisco native, Brianna recently returned to the Bay Area after living in Los Angeles for the past four and a half years, part of which was spent working with Democracy Resources to qualify several ballot initiatives regarding affordable healthcare in California.
Brianna studied Cultural Anthropology at both Chico State University and San Francisco State University, and majored in Cultural Studies at Dominican University of California. She loves reading, traveling, camping, and is passionate about environmental conservation and animal rights. Recently Brianna completed her open-water scuba certification and is currently planning her next dive.
Brianna is the daughter of John and Diana Harrington.
Susan Perez, Ph.D.
Susan is a trained economist and socially responsible investment (SRI) evangelist. At Protected Investors of America as a wealth manager and Communitas Financial Planning as an investment advisor her practices focused exclusively on SRI solutions for individual and institutional clients.
She has a Ph.D. in Economics and M.A. in Global Political Economy and Finance from the New School for Social Research, in New York City. She received her B.A. in Women’s Studies and Community Studies from UC Santa Cruz and is a licensed Uniformed Investment Advisor (Series 65, FINRA).
Susan has worked at non-profits and in policy advocacy on issues ranging from human, women’s, immigrant and workers’ rights, to environmental justice, economic development and financial regulation. Currently, she serves on the Board of Secure Justice, a non-profit addressing human and civil rights issues related to governmental operations and contracting and recently co-founded Project Binario, a non-profit advancing economic development in Latin America and the Caribbean.
She is currently based in Vallejo with her husband, Eddy and her fun, nature-loving toddler son.
